Hey, hope you’re all well! I found out last week that I’m severely deficient in vitamin D and have started on 20,000IU twice a week, with which I also take vitamin K2 and magnesium. I’ve also started taking B12 again, omega 3 and ferritin as these were below optimum too.
The problem is, I feel awful. My whole body aches and I feel mildly nauseous constantly from how tired I am. I feel so exhausted and drained that it’s scaring me and I feel like something is seriously wrong. Could it be the overload of vitamins making me unwell? Should I keep pushing through until these ‘side effects’ hopefully go away?
Thanks

Hello. I'm also on a loading dose of vit D 20,000 but one a week. Am also taking a multi vit and Lutein and zeaxanthin for vision.omega 3 every other day. also folic acid as the last blood test didn't test it as too soon after last one. It was 9 last time. Same as you I was feeling nausea and absolutely drained today. I also today have big spots's again from B12 I jections(5th week so I thought I wouldn't get them this time. ) I was asking myself the same questions about what I am taking and how awful I'm feeling. Should i stop anything. My ferriton levels is in range but dropped from 62 to 39 in a month.??? I've decided to carry on taking everything for now as you don't get the benefits immediately. I even questioned the every other day Injections. I think low vit D gives you headaches as well. I before all this hadn't been to the doctors for years and haven't got any other medical problems. So out of balance now. I'm a meat eater. Have fresh vegetables from alottment cook from scratch when well. Seems when one defiency happens I. E B12 it puts everything out of kilter. Hope you have a better day tomorrow. Peppiment oil and lavender put on my temples helped the nausea and eating little and often. Every day is different at present trying to go with the flow but it's hard isn't it?
