Do any of you have lesions on your spine or in your brain from b12 deficiency? If so, did they resolve? How long did it take? I'm very scared that I may have lesions. I've been on b12 4 months now (levels are now fine) and still have significant swelling in my neck, seemingly extending up into my brain (bad things happen when I press on it) and my back/spine is achy and sometimes burny. I'm seeing a neurologist next week, but I wanted to hear first hand experiences. Feeling scared. Thanks!

As I said in my reply to your previous post, SACD doesn’t produce any swelling apart from a slight swelling only noticeable on an MRI. You should wait to get a firm diagnosis after your MRI.
