folate is high, which implies that you don't need to supplement. Its highly responsive to dietary in-take.

B12 result is probably okay but there are a number of problems with using serum B12 as an absolute indicator of B12 status - if you have previous results and they showed a significantly higher level - more than 20% higher - then that would be an indicator that you have a B12 absorption problem which, left untreated would result in a deficiency. Some people do have problems in the normal range.

Do you have symptoms of B12 deficiency - if not then you are okay, if you do then you may or may not be okay.

See that you have posted on the TUK forum - this will make interpreting the results using symptoms more difficult unless you are absolutely certain that your thyroid condition is adequately treated due to the overlap in symptoms.

Only one I do understand is on the low side is your ferriton levels. I've been told by a doctor they should be nearer 6o. I expect it depends on if you have symptoms for low ferriton. They can include hair loss getting breathless. The leveks are easily raised with floradix or something similar. That's all I know but hope helpful.

please note - lower point of ferritin levels for females are age dependent and are lower for pre-menopausal women

Please note my response on this recent post in relation to problems using ferritin as a single measure for determining iron status.
