Just found out this wasn’t done at my surgery even tho I asked for it apart from folate . Any one know best private test I can do to test these and supplement accordingly .

The one I went for was the GI-MAP. Really comprehensive but very expensive and can only be done through a nutritionist.

I just ask for what I want tested and the doctor usually puts it on the blood form
