Gastritis leading to anaemia

I have just had a gastroscopy and have gastritis and duodenitis, they now want to do a colonoscopy because I have low trasnsferrin (10) and haemaglobin levels of 110 which is a bit below the normal so I am anaemic.

Has anyone else been down this path?

I know I have gastritis because that is how I have PA but has anyone then gone on to be anaemic as a result of this?

I am really worried so any support would be welcome. Thanks
