Frequent urination

Just an interesting thing i noticed. Before my infusion and b12 i was urinating constantly. I thought my blood sugar was high. Up several times a night etc. That has all stopped now. Is there a connection?

Interesting, I'd never thought about that but I know that in the run up to my injection (such as now) I'm needing to get up a few times a night whereas afterwards I don't... Thanks for the heads-up, Gardeningbuff, I might just track that for a while!

I answered this but it disappeared! I recall seeing clivealive, a regular on the forum, saying he had experienced the same thing . Interesting how it affects our bodies.

Incontinence (both types) and frequent urination iare listed amongst the symptoms of B12 deficiency.

Affects me as well but only seems to go away/decrease if I'm using adenosyl B12
