Please can someone tell me how to become a member of PAS - am I missing something obvious ?!
Also a quick question if someone can answer - having the usual 12 weekly b12 injections, my folate levels which I think is folic acid (is this written as serum folate) were 6.0ug deemed as normal. Would anyone recommend taking a supplement for this ? Normal range states between 4-20.
Many thanks 🙏

As to your folate level try to eat plenty of leafy green vegetables, sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, peas, beans etc You will also find folic acid in many breakfast cereals.
I am not a medically trained person but I've had Pernicious Anaemia (a form of B12 deficiency) for more than 46 years.
