Please can someone tell me how to become a member of PAS - am I missing something obvious ?!
Also a quick question if someone can answer - having the usual 12 weekly b12 injections, my folate levels which I think is folic acid (is this written as serum folate) were 6.0ug deemed as normal. Would anyone recommend taking a supplement for this ? Normal range states between 4-20.
Many thanks 🙏

The folate test (tests for lots of different types of folate, including folic acid) is pretty accurate, especially compared to the serum B12 test. Folate levels can vary quite a bit, depending on what’s been eaten recently.
Taking a folic acid supplement of 400 mcg a day will ensure it’s up near the top of the range.
