I have just had three bt12 injections over five days. How long before I feel any benefits?

It depends. On how long you’ve been deficient. How bad the deficiency was. How your individual body responds. If there’s any other problems.

You might find symptoms get worse for a week or three before there’s any improvement. But some symptoms should start fading after that time, maybe before.

If the defined was bad and long terms then some might never go away completely.

I am extremely deficient in B12 and Iron. I was doing shots daily and now I do just weekly. It took me about a month for me to feel the difference. As with anything it takes time. I feel soooo much better and regret not doing the injections earlier. I could not get past injecting myself with a needle. But my strength is up, not as tired as I used to be and no longer have the desire to eat ice, although I think that was due to low iron.
