Please can you advise on why I might have high b12 levels? I don’t take supplements and don’t eat much meat. Bit confused.

High B12 cause?
It’s not very high. If you’re worried you should see your doc.
Ranges are set so they catch the majority of people - you may just be one of those people that live above the top end of the range - particularly if you aren't symptomatic - though looking at the antibodies above looks like you have hashi's and the symptoms do overlap.
Other possibilities would be something going on that is either stopping your kidneys fiiltering out B12 or something that is stopping your liver storing B12 so it has dumped its stores.
Or it might be a rare genetic issue around metabolising B12.
However, as fbirder says its only just outside range, but you could follow up with your GP.
In your post on TUK you say that your B12 is normally low - is this serum B12 or have you always been tested and been monitoring with active B12 - the ratio between active and serum is generally around the 20% mark - if it is out of kilter it would point to something else going on with metabolising B12.
If you have always been monitoring using active B12 then would suggest asking GP to follow up with liver and kidney panels.
