Hi Kaw142 did you intend posting this in the Thyroid community?
I thought I posted it in b12 ! I can post in the thyroid community x
The results above of thyroid test results not B12 test results and they do indicate that you have an underactive thyroid.
Symptoms of an underactive thyroid and those of B12 deficiency overlap considerably but unless your doctor has grounds to believe that your deficiency was due to diet then he should not be withdrawing injections. It is perfectly possible to have both thyroid and B12 problems - studies indicate that 40% of patients with PA go on to develop hashis (auto-immune thyroidosis) and it varies between 10-40% for the reverse 'journey'.
Pleas do post on TUK in respect of the thyroid. It may be that your GP leaves it a few months and retests to make sure that it isn't a blip before starting on treatment - but it would probably be good to get anti-body tests done for thyroid.

It is apparently quite hard to get a full panel thyroid test on the NHS.
I asked my Gastroenterologist for a blood test for Hashimoto's and did not hear back when I wrote to her, but strongly suspected that only TSH and Free T4 were tested anyway (which GP had already done a couple of times). On here, Marz has a good understanding of both Thyroid problems and B12/PA problems and is around on both sites, although mainly on the Thyroid one I think. It was her who told me that my thyroid was showing signs of struggling, although tests came back within normal range, because she compared to previous results and knows where a healthy person should be within the ranges.
I had a postal blood test done which was 6 tests for about £60 from Medicheck. £10 for each test sounded reasonable to me, if you can't get it from NHS.
I would expect your GP would want to request this, especially anti-TPO and anti-TG, since, as Gambit62 pointed out, the links between b12 deficiency and Hashimoto's are too strong to ignore.
