No. Taking B12 and folate will not make your joints hurt.
Nor will they boost your immune system, or change your iron levels.
You need to see a doctor.
as fbirder says it shouldn't affect joints.
The doses of B12 you are taking are extremely high - and unlikely to do you any good unless you know you have a B12 absorption problem - and may not be of any use then.
a supermarket supplement will give you all the B12 you need if you don't have an absorption problem.
B12 does play a part in maintaining the immune system, but as with most other things - supplementing will only improve something if you are deficient and your immune system isn't running well because of that - diet is the best way of getting the nutrients you need unless you have an absorption - and supplements aren't a substitute for a good balanced diet.
Suggest you stop taking the supplements and see what that does. But, please be aware that it can take B12 levels a very long time to fall - 3-6 months or more - if the supplementation has raised them - so may not be a question of stopping for a week or two and finding out what that does.
