I went to the Drs Three times in the last month explaining myself and my conditions I thought that I was doing OK even my wife who was with me at the time thought that I was at the end of my consultation I came away with two new, to me, tablets; Metoclopramide for nausea Amitryline to help me to sleep both welome but no extra B12 oh hum back to the drawing board.

My GP at least switched me to an injection every 6 weeks. She also referred me to neurology (over 6 months waiting list).

Other people here have given me more and clearer information than the NHS so far. It is disappointing that medical professionals are so unaware.
