Hi Ldhall congratulations on being unexpectedly expectant
You don't give the ranges <from -- to> but your B12 may be at the bottom end of the scale and I guess your doctor will want you to keep a healthy Folate level.
I'm not medically trained but I'm sure some more knowledgeable people will be able to advise you.
