Hi all - could someone please tell me where to get an auto injector for b12 injections - i have tried looking on Amazon but all they come up with is car parts - i do not think i need them. I think it might be easier for me to use one of them as i am not very brave and i like to do it in my stomache - thank you all.

Hi, the auto-injector is from a company called Union Medico in Copenhagen and is capable of doing Intramuscular injections which are what you have at Dr's and is the recommended treatment, but if you choose it can also be used for sub-cutaneous injections. It holds the syringe and needle and you press the button to inject the needle and then slowly depress the plunger to administer the B12. I am needle phobic and couldn't live without mine. Also it uses orinary syringes/needles so no ongoing extra expenses only the one-off cost of buying it. Here is the link: unionmedico.com/product/sup...

Let me know how it goes using this. I'm interested, but unsure of it's effectiveness. Good luck! :-)

I've been using mine for well over a year, it is the only way I could do the injections. It shoots the needle straight in, that's the bit I couldn't do. You still have to press the plunger yourself to inject the B12, but you do this at your own pace, as slowly as you like. Very slowly is best and then it doesn't sting. The auto-injector helps you keep it all nice and stable even with shaky hands. It is a solid item, not flimsy.

Thank you for this info. I'm definitely going to check this out. I currently inject sub cut as I can't seem to get it into the muscle. Hopefully, this will do the trick!

It will as you don't need to push the needle in, it goes in quickly when you press the button. Then it's easy to just press the plunger very very slowly, I do deep breaths as if at the gym and slowly depress a little on each breath out, probably do it in about 8 breaths lol. Then I take a few breaths before doing same again and removing needle on outward breath again. Hope that helps..
