Going to keep taking b12 until i feel at my best. Was taking turmeric for a bit, but havent as much since taking COCONUT OIL - made a world -of -a - difference, in less than a week? Already.

There's Online info on Dr. who helped her Husband with dementia.

1500 may be high, but ive gotten the impression (here) that it should be fine?

Hope ur all well! Wanted to share the results. Thank you, and much care.

One of my favourite drinks at bedtime is turmeric with ginger, fresh ground pepper, honey, coconut oil all dissolved and boiled/simmered in hot coconut milk. I had one in a vegan restaurant a year ago. Your comment will keep me motivated to make this more often! Many thanks

What sort of ginger do you use and how much of everything? It sounds delicious!

For my own preference and fairly quick to do, I use a standard teaspoon of turmeric powder, coconut oil, honey, plus 8th teaspoon ginger, 4 to 5 grinds of black pepper to a cup of coconut milk. I bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins. I have also used fresh grated turmeric and ginger which I strained to made sufficient for 3 cups. The turmeric is a strong dye so be careful with it! Enjoy!

I find my B12 levels are always high when bloods are checked but know my symptoms are the most important.Have had same problem over the years with thyroid levels and was lucky for several years to be treaed by a GP who listened and took note of the patient when prescribing medication.Sadly he died and so many of his patients including me miss him and his ability to see the patient knows his or her body better than anyone else.

You mentioned coconut oil and realised my stepdaughter who suffers fron gluten intolerance and has recurrent diverticulitis uses it.She has said the pains in her stomach and pains in her hip since a very bad car accident have eased greatly. She recently had another operation to refix her hip and pelvis and she swears that coconut oil has helped to get mobile very quickly.I am definitely going the coconut oil turmeric honey drink with coconut milk and see if it will help relieve the pins and needles at bedtime. will keep you posted

Writing long extensive symptoms list for Appt with neurologist tomorrow and copy to deliver to GP! Need to sort out the vertigo and strange out of sync experience if I am in a large store and everything is difficult to focus on.Think it is called proprioception? Do not like it at all!! Hope your day is a good one
