Anya, you need to go and see your GP.
There is a high overlap of symptoms of between thyroid and B12 deficiency.
Also, having hashi's/auto-immune thyoroiditis makes it more likely that you will develop an auto-immune gastritis - such as PA. Problems seem to start with iron deficiency and then go on to include B12 and folate deficiencies.
You need to be treated for the B12 deficiency with the protocol for neurological symptoms - given the symptoms you list
This means loading shots 3x weekly until symptoms stop improving (review at 3 weeks) and then maintenance shots every 8 weeks (though this isn't enough for significant numbers of people).
