my b12 level was 180 and no doctor in my country want treat me (my age 25 years)

i m very desperated , like i said my b12 level was 180 and no doctor want to treat me.they dont believe that b12 defeciency can cause neurological problem and you know why because i live in africa, precisely north africa (arabic coutry) , in our country we dont even have cyanocobalamin it's so rare.My problem is i started injecting myself with 1000mcg cyanocobalamin for about 6 month and i improved in good way but i dont know how to continue my treatment, my symptom are muscle weakness andsevere tiredness can't focus well can't get out home (very weak leg) and other.i was in bed but after injection i see good improvement . please help me please please please if any one show me the way and even can send me methylcobalamin injection. my life is destroyed i m ill for about 10 months and i study in university. my all future has gone please please. sorry for bad english i m not naitive

As you have internet access can you not try and buy supplies online b12b12 ? Try Amazon

Do you know why you are low in B12?

Do you know what your Folate level is?

I'm not medically trained but hopefully others on here will be able to help you.

Hi thanx for replay, unfortunately we dont have credit card system in our country. prime minister said that it ll be available in mid 2018 maybe .

b12 was low because i had very bad diet for years and studying theoretical physics.

about folate we dont have that kind of test only b12.but im also deficient in iron so i take iron plus b9 (folate).as you can see i cant buy it. i know 2 people who travelled to france last time and i ask them to brought me methycobalamin guess what they didnt bother search for it, and brought cyanocobalamin.

Can you improve your diet by eating more meat, fish, seafood, eggs, poultry or dairy produce for your B12?

For Folate eat plenty of leafy green vegetables, sprouts, broccoli, spinach, peas, beans etc.

I hope you manage to find a way of sourcing more B12 injections but improving your diet may be sufficient.

I've been having cyanocobamalin B12 injections for over 46 years (had one at 9.00am this morning actually) for my P.A. which is a form of B12 deficiency.
