PA with Stomach problems

Hi all. I've written before about PA and stomach problems. I've been having severe stomach pain( under left ribs) for a few weeks now and getting worse. I know PA and stomach problems go hand in hand. My question is, has anyone had an ulcer, colitis, IBS ect...? I had a CT scan and it showed a pleural thickening(lesion) right where most of my pain is. I believe my problem is intestinal tho. I go see my primary tom evening and hopefully get some answers. I'm hoping someone knows what's going on and can give me some insights. Honestly can't handle the pain

I’ve had stomach/digestive issues since having PA but none that I would describe as you have. I think it’s certainly worth investigation by your doctor to discover the cause.
