I am currently on weekly self-injections which have been going well for a while. I am however two days late injecting this time and I am feeling terrible - I thought maybe I should give myself a double injection to try and get out of this situation asap.
Can I put two vials worth of b12 into one syringe and inject that? I can't think why not but I thought I'd check.
Thanks
(vial = 1ml, syringe = 2.5ml)

personally I wouldn't advise going for a double dose - the rate at which you lose B12 is greater the more is in your blood so actually you would probably end up just wasting more of it. Instead I'd suggest doing the normal shot then listening to your body and do the next one when you feel the symptoms returning.
As Gambit has said, you'll most likely be wasting half of it. If you really feel you need to make up time, perhaps have an extra injection in two or three days time then return to your normal frequency. Many people have injections alternate days, myself included.
Never double up missed medication instead wait for next dose to be due although if B12 missed symptoms may start in which case the next dose may be given sooner.hope I have made this clear.
