Should I be taking a B complex if I'm self injecting B12 every 2 weeks ?
At the moment I'm only taking 400ug Folic Acid daily. I'm SI for about 6 months every 2 weeks now and I'm still experiencing fatigue.

As long as it only contains 100% of the RDA for each of the vitamins (not some silly overdose levels you sometime see) then it should be fine.
