Body temp so hot

hi all does anyone with b12 defficiency have sweats day and night my body gets soo hot.

Certainly do, it is horrible. Could fry eggs on my head but hands and feet freezing.

I use a chillow pillow at night or get no rest.

hi all I'm struggling at moment my heart is racing fingers numb,anxiety through the roof I think my gastritis is affecting my b12 again Im really struggling to find how to buy b12 injections . I do not know what to ask for I'm in UK can someone help pleeese.
