Corny? Cherylclaire that Owl is a fortified "cereal" killer and you've got me off to a T!
I hope that in the tray on the desk is a copy of the B.N.F. Guidelines.
I love it
Even when you're not in range all you get is "not everyone is the same"..........
Then he would have had to have "tawny-t" up Hidden and I was having a barny at the twit toooo
I agree with you, beginner1 - my one's just gone chicken on me !
Wrote a letter asking questions, sent my symptoms list and charts, and she stopped my 2-a-week injections because she "wouldn't be able to justify that frequency in a court of law" (???) so now on 1-a-month starting today.
.......Maybe Marz should start doing 'self-help' holidays ?
At the moment, Marz, I'm still trying to get my haematologist to change my injection frequency from 1 a month to something that works (!)- although she seems to be more concerned about how massively addictive B12 is than how to use it effectively and allow me to get my life back on track. GP now onside with this and is in contact with haematologist- we'll see. Would really like to meet you anyway- hopefully fitter and weller (?) than I am currently !
Thanks , Marz, will hopefully get through all the testing, and get some idea of what is happening and why soon. Next week I'm having nerve tests and an MRI scan on brain. My blood is being looked at for genetic mutations currently. It all takes time so I feel a bit like I'm stuck in a waiting-room and cannot make plans (or promises to the Bursar at work)- I think my next haematology appointment in mid-August will be the final one where all the results are looked at and decision made. Hopefully back to work in September after a year off, or else a rethink. Cross your fingers okay?
Marz -just to let you know nerve testing done yesterday at St Thomas', and all well.
Very kind people and very professional. Funny how many people believe those two attributes to be polar opposites, isn't it ?
Had brain scan (MRI) this morning, B12 injection this afternoon.
On Wednesday, Guy's haematology did blood test for MMA and B12, will be retested for both on Monday (so before and after injection). Then waiting for haematology to decide my fate based on all incoming results, including genetics- which won't happen till mid-August. To keep me busy meanwhile, I have appointments with osteoporosis nurse and fracture clinic consultant. No time left for work, is there ?
