What Blue Horizon bloodwork should I get done?

Dad is getting worse by the day .... clarithromycin seems to be making no difference! I was thinking of the Blue HorizonComprehensive Plus test - covers FBC, B12, Folate, TSH, U&Es, LFT, Ferratin, Vit D? Is this the best?
