Hello 22ntstcw and welcome. It would be nice if you could tell everyone a little about yourself (i.e. do you have B12 deficiency, pernicious anaemia etc).
Many of us use this site to ask questions about things we don't understand, about how to interpret blood results, about problems we have getting treatment etc.
Or you could simply use it as a space to tell us how you are feeling, or have a moan and let of steam...
Some of us just have a chat to others..
It's also a good place to come if you get 'stuck' and don't know what to do. Others are always willing to share their experiences and there are lots of knowledgable people here who will know exactly what you are going through.
It's also a good place to come and get information about anything to do with PA / B12 deficiency...you can type a word or a few words into the box at the top right hand side of the screen and any previous answers will be displayed.
You can also double click on someone's username and it will take you to their profile page. You can then learn about other peoples experience and read posts and peoples responses to those posts (a good way of seeing that you're not alone in the things that happen to you and also of way of becoming more knowledgeable about all things B12 deficient.
I think one of the best things is that you can get support (someone will always answer) and it makes you fell less alone with this nasty deficient thing that we all have.
Have a try...just post anything that comes to mind at the moment...look forward to seeing your posts 😀 X
Start a logbook of all your symptoms and assess a severity score.
Your GP needs to know when they start to show up after your jab to be able to get interval right for you. Otherwise default periods are used which will most likely be insufficient

P.s if you mean that you don't know what to do about pernicious anaemia or B12 deficiency, please post some more details about your diagnosis and treatment, blood results or problems you're having, and someone will reply and try to help you.
Take care
