B12 patches

Hi i get b12 injections every other month & was thinking of topping up with patches as i still have some symptoms can anyone recomend any patches i could use as there are so many to choose from

Personally i use viepatch with the other b's in them. High dose at 5000. Was using them at least twice a week but dont need so often now. Will say beware of multipack purchase though, as it can be more expensive, not cheaper.
