I have been reading through a number of posts and see suggestions to take a good multi vitamin supplement. There are so many on the market with varying levels of contents. Can anyone recommend a good one to buy as I am now confused. Thanks

I've had success with centrum +50 for men. So it really is up to you. In any case you want extra folic acid and b6 to support nerve repair
