What, exactly, would you like to know?
In Martyn Hooper's last email newsletter (chair of PA society) he referred to someone who asked him the same question (assuming you mean a medical consultant) and he told them that there aren't any.
If you just want information you could look at the PA Society website: pernicious-anaemia-society....
