I was knocking them back like sweeties, hoping I could stave off symptoms and they did absolutely nothing. I was hoping for a bit of passive absorption, but it didn't seem to work. If I took too many, they upset my tummy. ☹️

I have tried them as a substitute/ backup, both drops and tablets. They were effective but after a few weeks caused severe tooth pain and discomfort. I still use them occasionally but place them on top of my tongue instead of underneath near my teeth. A heads-up to use with caution.

Thank you for responding and your tips. My primary care physician suggested keeping them on hand in case our supply chain gets cut off. My emergency plan would be cut back my dose to once a month vs every two weeks with using sublingual in between.

I have tried sub-lingual and also nose -spray , but without any success at all.

But I read on the forum that some people use sub-lingual lozenges and nose spray between injections with a degree of success . So it’s worth a try .

They can be effective but they don't work for everyone - I use them and they more or less work.

I find the sublingual spray between injections allows me to increase the period between injections - but they cannot substitute for injections however (symptoms return)

I needed 25000 micrograms a day for any to be absorbed. I try to re-order ampoules when I get to my last box. Expensive, but try Amazon.de.

My mum won't SI, so uses the liquid and it has been really good for her.

I started off using an oral spray (Better You), it tells you to take 4 sprays if it a day on the inside of your cheek. 4 sprays wasn't helping, so I increased it to 4 sprays 4 times a day (which turned out to be just over 1ml) and that helped!

sublingual did not work for me. Took them for three weeks and they did nothing.

I inject hydroxoc. EOD and on the other day I drink diluted adeno and methylc. In water. No idea if it helps. It's a matter of faith.

I used sublingual and liquid when I discontinued injections and became the sickest I’ve ever been in my life after only three months. Absolutely did nothing for me.
