Long post about doc appt. don't know where to post so putting in both groups. So I went to the docs this morning about my b12 (I'm 18 weeks preg) last b12(321) and gave her the speech about my symptoms. I'm freaking out because I lied and said my endo said stuff he didn't. Basic points I said where that thyroid & b12 syms are the same- I gave thyroid time and still have syms- some people don't Absorb so need injections- results under 500 should be treated if they have syms- low b12 can cause pregnancy probs- she (the doc) first tried to give me oral pills I said no I need injections first en I'll have oral pills. I got bloods done today thyroid, b12, ferritin&folate, iron & vit d. (Results next wk) I asked for a print version so will post next wk. She wants a letter from my midwife saying it's ok to start injections then she will consider. Was everything I said right? Will my endo see this and be like I never said anything haha. I just wanna know if I was right in what I said ...
Sorry if it does t make sense tried to keep it short

Hi when I was pregnant I was told to have my injections as normal. I was poorly while pregnant I had gestational diabetes, this gave me peculiar symptoms I was treated for but wasn't controlled. Who knows if it wasn't something to do with pa. I kept being told that's not usual like I was mad. I think I should have had more b12 while pregnant but I saw consultants and asked this and it just got ignored.
If I knee about this site I would I'm sure I would have been given better advice.
