I need help ordering from Vesandapo.de

Hi, I tried to place an order from Vesandapo.de half the page is in English, the rest is in German. I logged on as a guest and it asks for an email address (in German) which I put in, the next box says PLZ and I don't know what that means. I tried my post code which didn't work. Some people have thought this company doesn't deliver to UK but it gave a price of approx 6.95 euros. I hope I read it correctly. Can anyone help?

It's been posted that at present they are not shipping to the UK Some have managed from amazon

The PLZ is the reference number on every German pharmaceutical item . I packet of Rotexmedica B12 depot. has the PLZ of 03862297 . A pack of 100 ampoules (10 x 10 packets ) has the PLZ of 03862305. In the past they used to charge €9.00 for courier to U.K. .We have been given to understand that Versandapo is not shipping to U.K. at the moment . BODFELD does , but will only accept payment in the form of a Bank Transfer .

No, PLZ is Postleitzahl which is the german equivalent of postcode.

If you can get it delivered to U.K., it sounds like you need to change the country. Can you post a screenshot?

This says: contact details, the address must be in Germany.

You can only order from Germany from that site. There are other German sites you can use instead.

So sorry , You are right ! PZN is the abbreviation for the Pharmaceuitcal reference number( PharmaZentralNummer) ! Got muddled ( again , must give myself a shot !)

But you can use those numbers when ordering , and you will get straight through to the product . Sorry !

Have you tried with Chrome browser instead of Google or Safari etc as Chrome automatically translates all into English.That’s how I last ordered.

Hi Ryaan, Thanks for your reply. I do use Chrome but I believe Vesandapo.de don't deliver to UK now. When did you last use them?

I have also heard they’ve stopped delivery to UK but I thought at least it will be in English so you would know. I last ordered about 1 year ago.

Hope you find other sources who do deliver to UK.
