Where can I order Methylcobalamin

Im being a complete numpty, have ordered injections before but cant remember where from. What are my fastest options?

Are you sure you need methylcobalamin? The vast majority of people can easily convert hydroxocobalamin to the two (yes, two) active forms. Indeed, there is some recent research that suggests that methylcobalamin goes through the same pathway has hydroxocobalamin in the cell - and that the methyl group is removed as the first step in that pathway. If it's not then it's difficult to explain where the body gets adenosylcobalamin if one only supplements with methylcobalamin.

Hydroxocobalamin is more stable than methylcobalamin and it is normally cheaper and easier to find.

It is not possible to buy B12 for injection in the UK without a prescription.

Some people have bought online from Germany, where a prescription is not needed. VersandApo are an oft-recommended source and have a partial English translation of the site - versandapo.de/article/searc... - and Amazon.de also supply it.
