B COMPLEX tablets

I have noticed that the B Complex tablets that I have been taking for many years contain Cyano B12. Does anyone know of a B Complex tablet that contains Hydroxo or Methyl?

Personally I was at first given sublingual tabs from Seeking Health and Orthomolecular Labs. These brands do tend to run in megadoses (which not everyone may want). I am cautious about some of their b complex formulations because they contain high B6, which can be toxic to nerves in large doses.

I am one of those people who has seriously adverse reactions to methylated vitamins, and these made me extremely ill. I understand some people absolutely need the methylated forms and do very well on them indeed. I suspect the tolerance might have something to do with genetics, but I'm not sure.

My doctor is giving me cyano shots now, and I'm responding only slowly. The methyl did help with the neuropathy, but the side effects are too severe for me.

I'm in the US but I think they ship internationally.

I am taking Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Plus which has 400mcg Methylfolate and 400 mcg Methylcobalamin in each capsule. They seem pretty good. I find them easy to swallow. I have been taking one a day for a month now and I am not getting any side effects so far.
