B12 and contraception

Does the contraceptive pill affect b12 at all. Does it cause any problems with absorbing it properly or affect symptoms etc.

yes it does,

it depletes or uses up B12 stores, ( I read in "the b12 deficiency survival handbook")as does alcohol.It also says so on the b12 deficiency video.I went off mine last week,just to be sure. This video is great
