... I'm just having a stomp.

I think we should get ourselves a high profile Witch Doctor. Preferably one who is half-naked and covered in bright paint.

Then we set him up in a surgery, all line up outside and call the press.

Patients get more satisfaction from Witch Doctor than contemporary professionals!!!!

Actually, I saw a program a few years ago - some may remember it - two twin brothers (doctors) went into the jungle somewhere with a limited supply of medications. They could help the people there less than the locals apart from one young girl who needed antibiotics. It said a lot to me at the time. It says even more now.
