If you drink alcholol, will it affect you B12 levels after the injections? Can it flush away the store from your liver?,

Not sure if I'm imagining it but I get some symptoms back if I drink more than a glass of wine. I had a recent celebration when I drank bottle of wine and it took 3 days for pins and needles in feet to settle. Try to minimise alcohol now. Not worth it. Pity but can live with it. Never drank heavily so feel bit hard done by at times.

I've never noticed any major difference with alcohol and I drink some a few times a week. Too much exercise/activity used to mess me up, though, which seems entirely the wrong way round!

Thanks, it's just that I've noticed the symptoms seem to come back earlier when I've had alcohol! Read somewhere, alcohol flushes out the hydroxocobalamin, consequently, symptoms come back early?
