To get info about infusions and where to have it done is best achieved by ringing the PAS Society, see:

There are more on this forum that use methylcobalamin, they may guide you to which site is bests, I do not know, just this :

Won't Suki have to pay to join the PAS before they will give her the information about the infusions?

I've never had one and I don't know how many doctors are doing them in the UK at the moment but if it's just the one, then they might have stopped doing them due to ill health ....?

I could be very wrong though!
