Dear Christine. I know nothing about getting B12 injections from Hong Kong, but I do know of a reliable source in Germany, where I get mine from. Google "Gold Pharma uk, and you will get the site in English! You have to agree to their conditions first, then you can order, Look for "Vitamin B12" and you will get a huge choice. But make sure that you look for HYDROXOCOBAMALIN not CYNOCOBAMALIN-----they offer both. Look for Vitamin B12 depot hevert" 5 ampoules cost £6.75-----10 cost £11.54 50 cost £36.93 and 100 cost £58.72 plus P&P They send by courier and it takes about 10 days. These are reliable injections. The syringes and needles and needle box are easily obtainable in the U.K. on Amazon or from medisupplies. These injections are not obtainable in the UK without a prescription. You can inject either into the muscle or just into the skin. You will also need some swabs. All the best to you and ask anything you need to.

I've been buying hydroxocobalamin from Goldpharma in Germany for nearly 5 years. I've used three different brands -Lophacomp, Hevert and Rotexmedica - without any problem. I tend to buy Lophacomp as it is usually the cheapest. Delivery takes about 5 working days. Be aware that Lophacomp and Hevert are 1mg/2ml ampoules and the Rotexmedica 1mg/1ml. They all contain the same amount of hydroxo but the 2ml are a more dilute solution so there is twice as much liquid to inject which I prefer for intramuscular injection as I find it stings less.
