No, it is the depression around your pain that makes you not want to live. Focus on what little things you can do, not on the big things you can mot change.

Different way of looking at it I guess. If thanking God for your pain works for you then great. I would rather save my thanks for finding relief from pain.

Ha Ha I like the joke. I don't know if it was suppose to make me smile but it did. So much so I have written it down. It has followed "Avoid reality - illusions are better" In my little black book of cheer me uppers. Now ain't that just the truth. Off I go to weave some illusion or other.

Loving your "avoid reality - illusions are better" quote. Haha, and pain does let you know that your alive; that was a very good film! It's just a shame that my body, like most of yours, feels the need to remind me so often each day!! Lol.
