Pain omg pain

Omfg I haven't been this sore for a long time !!!

I haven't been on for a long time went on holiday an even in the heat what a nightmare threw the night I was waken in nyt crying in pain now I'm home it's not stopped can hardly stand it anymore the right leg feels the worst my knee gives way then the calve goes into spasm

So unreal just wondering has anyone else been going threw anything like this if so what painkillers are u on mine aren't helping?

I'm not on the patch what is it an does it help ? At end o my tether now x

I'm on dyhdracodine I also take pregabline , indomasin, paracetamol, tripomate

So on a lot really but of late so sore getting no relief at all between my back being sore , knees an ankles

Starting to really get down with it

Would try anything for some peace fae this pain 😞

I was going to suggest trying naproxen can be really useful for some people

Not a big fan of pain have tried almost everything, what seems to help me is fentanyl.patches,gabapentin,tramadol and celebrex,I go to hydrotherapy a couple of times a week and walk im in agony but i have to.keep.moving ,not for everyone but this helps me.All the bedt Manditts

I dont know what country you are in but im in Australia and it took 24yrs of excrutiating pain and then some .Found a pain dr that was open to trying them.Its all down to.the Dr at the end of the day.Good luck 😷😡

I was reffered to my local pain clinic and a pain Dr had to initiate the the meed for fentanyl.patches.They really do help.I wish you all the best Manditts

I have tried so much for pain they eventually become ineffective so wondering about more alternatives in the list! Thank you
