Also, I keep getting pain one that side in my ear mouth and throat that comes and goes. Everyday for the past several day's. Could that be related
Oral lichen : hi I talked about my problem oral... - Pain Concern
Oral lichen
I have the same thing. I have dentures, so I kept getting infections in my mouth that made it extremely painful to eat and drink (much like when a baby gets thrush). A biopsy would be to rule out something bigger going on. My doctor prescribed a tablet that I left in my mouth for five minutes for ten days. Cleared it right up and I didn't need the biopsy. Good luck; I hope it's nothing!
thanks for your message Quickdraw815 ..
I keep reading stuff n it says they do the the biopsies to test for cancer. I’m paranoid about that now. Is it usually done for that reason? Because they’ve already told me I have the oral lichen problem
I have it, too, but no cancer. No need to worry until there's reason to worry.
I don’t know how to carry on with a chat on this site that I started so I’ve carried on by replying/ talking to a person who replied.
Anyway my atm it’s my tongue that it’s absolutely killing me. It touches my teeth obviously n is so sore. I looked in the mirror and it’s gone big and white red all over. Will the docs past much attention to that or will they just look more at the cheek. And has anybody’s tongue gone like this with this problem
is it normal to have swelling a few days afterwards after oral surgery
