Please see the below invitation from Kerry, Programme Manager at Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland
"I am getting in touch about an engagement programme the ALLIANCE are undertaking to support the Scottish Learning and Improvement Framework for Adult Social Care Support and Community Health (SLIF). The focus of the framework is to support improvements in experiences and outcomes for people accessing care and support, based on a set of outcomes to measure improvement by the things that matter to people.
The ALLIANCE are hosting a series of online focus groups in September to explore what the SLIF outcomes mean for people who access care and support and community services.
Monday 9 September, 2 pm to 4 pm: Feeling connected and supported in your local community.
Tuesday 10 September, 10 am to 12 pm: Feeling actively involved in your own health and wellbeing.
Wednesday 11 September, 2 pm to 4 pm: Feeling like your care and support is well coordinated.
We hope you will join us to talk about what difference these outcomes would make in your life.
Please email integration@alliance-scotland.org.uk if you would like to attend one or more of the sessions, stating the sessions you are attending and if you have any access requirement, alternatively you can phone the ALLIANCE office on 0141 404 0231 and ask for Kerry Ritchie.
More information about the engagement, including a privacy statement that explains how we will use the information we gather, is available on our website alliance-scotland.org.uk/bl.... Please feel free to share this invitation with anyone you think might be interested in participating.
I look forward to hearing from you."
