I’ve plenty of family friends to talk to about this problem but it’s embarrassing so thought this is the perfect place. I’ve noticed a weird lump or something dangling in my vagina when cleaning/washing for a week. I got so paranoid so I checked and I’ve noticed something dangling there. A lump or a blob I’d say. I was shocked. I’ve no idea what it is. When I bend down to look it’s dangling. Is this making any sense at all to anybody 😔

embarrassed
Go to your doctor.
What consistency is it, colour? Soft or hard? What is holding it-- flesh or cord like material.,?
Good luck.
Hello Junny123
'A lump' could be a wide range of things and I would encourage you to speak to your GP / other medical professional. They will be best placed to advise you on what it is and to provide treatment if needed. Please don't let potential embarrassment put you off going. It is part of their job and they will be use to examining all body areas on a regular basis.

It could be a prolapse which may happen as we age, after giving birth, or due to weak tissues, constipation etc. Please see a gynecologist. Sometimes surgery is recommended but often they fit you with a pessary which you wear internally to hold things up. It doesn't sound like you're in pain so try not to worry.
Hi Junny
I don't know what it is, but I would advise you to see your GP. Do not be embarrassed as all parts of the body are something doctors are dealing with everyday. You can specify that you would like to see a female doctor if that is what you would prefer.
I truly hope that you did go to your GP about your ‘problem’ Junny123 - and, that you have had your mind put at rest…..
