Another sudden problem 🙈🙈

Suddenly this evening I was walking and when I got in the car my foot felt weird n suddenly I noticed a lump of skin from my heel had peeled just then. I can’t explain it so I’ll post a picture. My feet are dry in general but that’s nothing to do with this

Looks like hard skin on foot just worn off. Don’t see anything of concern and suggest you get a pedicure!

That’s up to her but from picture it looks like build up of hard skin and some just peeled off. …

I see from your info that you are diabetic, i would check with your diabetes’ nurse or gp to be sure

Just wondering if you did go see gp or pharmacist about your foot? Or if had improved? With the amount of hard skin it would make sense to see a chiropodist to have that removed. They could then advise on moisturising feet to help in future. Especially important when diabetic.

I been doing what I advised. Put Vaseline all over heels- feet at bedtime and put on some socks. At bedtime. Been doing that and it’s been making a difference
