Sounds like a possible form of Parasthesia.

I get it in my left thigh.

Usually a sign of too tight belt or even a car seat belt incident--- sudden tightening in a crash??

Might be worth checking out to see if it resonates with you?

Good luck.

Do you lose sensation and it burn when you put pressure on it? What's the fix?

Yes- that's the feeling. It comes and goes depending on pressure on waist.

Physical therapy can help, but generally there is no cure.

Surgical intervention is possible, but it involves extremely intricate surgery ,which few surgeons will undertake.

Have you googled it?

Yes. So I'm supposed to not sit down for the rest of my life?
