This research project aims to explore the experience of woman within contemporary medicine. The researcher is interested in how female experiences of chronic pain are often characterised by dismissal and undermining. They are looking for UK based women with a history of chronic pain or illness who would be willing to partake in an interview about their experiences. It would be conducted online and the results would be completely anonymous.
