Hi Ben1505

I am a forum moderator at Pain Concern.

I am wondering whether a weight loss forum may give you more support?

I have included the link to the page below

Hi Ben1505,

I to have a belly and aged 56 I have tried the gym but it only helps slightly, however I have started going on long walks when I can and that seems to be shifting a lot of the fat, bearing in mind also you need to watch what you eat dietary wise, I have halved what I normally eat and if I get hungry or feel hungry between meals I normally have a piece of fruit or a salad sandwich, I was 18 stone at one stage but now am currently 13.5 stone and looking forward to losing more, prefer to be around 10/11 stone. hope this helps and good luck
