Looks like I am looking through my eyelashes in one eye when I lift my lid it doesn't seem as bad never had a probably with my eyelashes before like being too long etc so what could this be ?

Hi. Your symptoms may be just a rogue eyelash. However, it could be something else and needs investigating sooner than later. Follow this NHS link, or Google Minor eye conditions, and see if you can get an appointment with an accredited optician today.
You probably have ptosis and the best thing to do is get an appointment with your doc so he can find out what the cause is
