I have a pain around my lower back and hip region, the top of my left leg has muscle pains and a numbness in my lower leg at times. I get the pains mainly when I am laying down in bed.

mine started with my back after a serious operation but as time went on it was also my left thigh groin hip then it was my shoulders and neck even my feet get painful went too R-A for a check up ruled that out but didn`t rule out arthritis all together. who knows 20 year of pain.

I had the exact same condition and tried many things over two years. Recent results saw an Osteopath, three 45 minute sessions with acupuncture reduced the pain by about 80% also bought a recumbent exercise bike and do 30 minutes a day Monday to Friday. If the pain starts to impact later in the evening take 2 x 500mg Paracetamol. After 3 weeks still improving.
