I went to bed feeling fine but an hour or so later I woke up feeling sick and nauseous. Really horribly and just wouldn’t go. Tossing n turning I was doing because of how restless I was feeling. I just kept thinking what I ate different that made me feel like this. Nothing I could think of. Suddenly I thought of one thing - I had my methotrexate jab just a couple of hours earlier.

could that be the reason?

Methotrexate could certainly cause this. Have you had it before? What is it being given for? Innumerable other conditions can cause these symptoms. etheral

I have it for my psoriatic arthritis. Been having it for a long time but never have had this. Only once before as far as I can remember. It was awful and … I ended up puking up at 6.00am🙈

Vomiting can be a side effect - but check with your doctor - It's a robust medication.
